During the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, SACOFA Sdn Bhd held a series of strategic engagements with global industry leaders, including Huawei, Ericsson and ZTE. The delegation also conducted technical visits to WePlan Analytics and Cellnex, the largest neutral host infrastructure provider in Spain.
Taking place on the sidelines of MWC 2026, the engagements created an opportunity to strengthen collaboration, exchange industry knowledge and explore global best practices in telecommunications, digital infrastructure and intelligent network innovations featured at the world’s premier connectivity event.
The engagements were attended by SACOFA’s Chief Executive Officer, Jafer Sadig Abdul Lathiff, together with members of the company’s C-suite leadership and representatives from the Corporate Strategy team.
These international interactions serve as proof of SACOFA’s ongoing commitment to strengthening global partnerships and advancing Sarawak’s digital transformation agenda, in line with the Post-COVID-19 Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030 and the Sarawak Digital Economy (SDE) 2030 vision.
